Baypack sees itself as a creative service provider—that is, a developer, supplier, and partner for the food and non-food industries in all matters related to retail-ready transport and shelf packaging (Shelf Ready Packaging), as well as folding cartons and sleeves. Today’s requirements for outer packaging are highly complex and go far beyond simply transporting a branded product safely from point A to point B.
The success story of BayPack GmbH began in 2006
The management consulting firm BayCon and an investor founded a company in Türkheim that initially had 6 employees. BayPack grew rapidly—today, 85 employees work at the Stetten facility, which was newly built in 2011, and every day they make full use of every opportunity to meet customer needs. That same year, BayPack received the Bavarian Start-up Award. Employee turnover is virtually unheard of at our company. The majority of our employees have been with us for more than 15 years in the areas of administration, printing, die-cutting, gluing, and warehouse logistics. During the second phase of construction in 2018, a fully automated high-bay warehouse with capacity for 600 pallet spaces was built, and during a third phase, a new facility was constructed to house the gluing operations.

In our state-of-the-art printing department, we combine technical precision with creative design. Using high-performance offset printing presses, we produce high-quality prints for every packaging need—from simple logo printing to sophisticated, photo-quality multicolor printing.
Precise die-cutting for functional opening technologies and highly accurate packaging shapes
State-of-the-art die-cutting technology is the foundation for functional, sturdy, and efficient packaging solutions. At our production facility in the Allgäu region, we combine high-performance die-cutting machines with precision dies to manufacture even complex packaging structures with the utmost accuracy. In particular, the integrated opening systems (counter-scoring technology) demand the highest level of precision and expertise from our die-cutting teams.
