Full-time Machinery and Plant Operator (m/f/d)

We are a medium-sized company in the packaging industry, based in Stetten, and we develop and manufacture innovative solutions for transport and shelf packaging made from solid and compact board. As part of the HZI Group, which brings together cardboard and packaging manufacturers and finishers under one umbrella, we offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-looking environment. Our foundation-backed group of companies is an independent specialist in fibre-based packaging made from recycled paper. Together with our team, we turn a wide variety of requirements into attractively designed packaging solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Carrying out and completing the specified orders on our die-cutting and gluing machines
• Monitoring of machine operations
• Retrofitting of production facilities
• Performing maintenance, repair, and servicing work
• Ensuring and meeting our customers’ quality standards
• Working independently on modern production lines

Your Profile:

• A completed qualification as a packaging technologist or an equivalent technical qualification, e.g. as an industrial mechanic
• You have good manual skills and a good understanding of technology
• Ability to work in a team and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
• (Initial) practical experience in the packaging industry
