Drinks multi-pack nominated for German packaging award!

The innovative BayPack drinks multi-pack was nominated for the German packaging award!

It can be used for 0.33 l longnecks as a 4, 6, 8 or 12 pack and for 0.5 l longnecks and NRW bottles as a 4, 6, 8 or 10 pack.

Compatible with the conventional crate or transport systems of logipack, Delbrouck etc...

The advantages:

 1. A material saving of 40 % compared with conventional systems with dividers enables a better purchase price.

2. Fold-down, telescopic cardboard handle for easy carrying.

No risk of injury due to the telescopic carrying handle, as it is gripped and carried above the bottle tops.

4. Integrated opening system allows simple, clean opening of the packaging.

5. 100 % ecological single material packaging (cardboard only!).

6. Empties can be returned in carrier.

The machine concept

Inline packaging line with a capacity of 70,000 bottles/hr.

Manual packaging

Can be packaged with packing table for very small quantities (capacity 240 - 300 packs/hr) at the customer's site or as a service at BayPack in Stetten (details to be discussed).
