Die-cutting

We cut on 2 large format Bobst die-cutting machines. The "power register"  ensures that all cut sheets are drawn in and aligned in exactly the right position. This is permanently recorded by video cameras and guarantees perfect cutting processes.  During the cutting process, the innovative opening systems are integrated into the packages on our flat bed cutters. Specially trained machine operators apply the reverse scores from each side at a cutting depth of only 0.5 

The non-stop de-panelling unit ensures continuous cutting of the blanks and places the cut blanks onto Euro or industrial pallets.mm in  cardboard which is only 1 mm thick – really high-precision work!
